American Girl Club
American Girl Club meets on the 3rd Saturday of the month at 11 AM for ages 8 and older. Each meeting features specific dolls and time periods, and even lets you meet some of the American Girls in person! Activities for this program include crafts, scavenger hunts, movies, games, and more! Parents are required to stay in the museum. This program has free admission, donations accepted.

US History
Every meeting explores a different culture and time period across America. The activities for each program change based on the American Girl for that month. Children will be able to explore unique traditions and historic time periods.
Creative Thinking
This program involves several problem-solving activities such as games, puzzles, and scavenger hunts. There are also monthly crafts that will challenge creativity skills. Each month is something new!
Animal Care
With each American Girl, there is an American Girl pet! Children in the program will also get to do activities and learn about different pets and how to take care of them. There are also some surprise visits from our furry friends every now and again!
Arts & Crafts
Each month the children will get to do different crafts and activities around the feature doll. All of the crafts are free along with the program, and children can take everything home with them! On occasion, we showcase the finished project in our gallery.
Do we need to come every month?
Nope! Some of our American Girl Club members just come through the school year, through the summer, or every other month.
Does my child have to be over 8?
Our age range is a recommendation based on the types of activities in the program. This program requires reading, writing, and problem solving. However, we do allow younger children into the program! If you think this is something your child will like, bring them and try it out!
What if I have a boy who wants to come?
This program is open to American Girls or American Guys! Boys are welcome to come and participate.
How much does it cost to attend?
This program, all of the crafts and activities, admission to the museum, and parking are all free and open to the public. Donations are accepted.
Do we have to have an American Girl Doll?
Nope! The programs are based on the doll, but you do not have to have the doll to participate. We have many of the dolls here and sometimes have the characters visit the Museum! If you have a doll, you are welcome to bring it with you!
Can I leave my child at the museum during the program?
We do not allow children under the age of 16 to stay at the Museum without an adult. However, you may walk around the gallery during this program!
